Service Description

Water softeners use a media called resin to soften your water through a process called ion exchange. "Hard" minerals like calcium and magnesium that build up on your fixtures and ruin your appliances are swapped with sodium that does not cause build up. The process is automatic but does require salt to be added to the brine tank every 3 months or so. Euipment sizing is based on your incoming water quality and expected usage, including gallons and maximum flow rates.
